Futures Prep
Join the launch year of Futures Prep summer programs!
Futures Prep offers a different kind of camp experience: a hands-on training week that teaches kids the human skills they need to stay ahead of technology, and thrive in a world where AI will be doing much of the heavy lifting. Valuable abilities like creativity, presence, collaboration, focus, and flow. No Computers Involved..
Led by Patrick McCullough, Futures Prep is built on real-world high performance training. Beside Patrick’s filmmaking work and Actor Coaching on Hollywood movies in Europe, he is also a coach to entrepreneurs and executives—supporting everyone from startups seeking seed funding to multinational companies leveling up. His work has included Billion dollar organizations such as GE, GALP (Portugal), and the Unreasonable Group, IndieBio, and Singularity University, coaching over a thousand changemakers through ventures accelerators, incubators, and global startup programs—helping teams communicate clearly, make decisions under uncertainty, and build momentum under pressure. That same “best state → clear thinking → smart action” approach is translated here into kid-friendly games, challenges, teamwork missions, developing skills kids can actually use.
What Futures Prep is / isn’t
Futures Prep is future human capability training: creativity, focus, presence, clear thinking, communication, teamwork, and flow. It is not therapy, diagnosis, a discipline program, or software/tool training.

- Team trust: listening, turn-taking, sharing ideas
Each day includes focus building to warmup, practice decision-making and communication, and a team mission that requires collaboration and follow-through.

Future Ready Lab Intensive
Afternoon Session (Ages 11–13)
A deeper training week for older kids who face more pressure, higher expectations, and social complexity. We teach the same core skills, then put them into real-world practice—clear communication, teamwork, and decision-making when things aren’t obvious.
- Clarity in uncertainty:: choosing what matters and making decisions without overthinking
- Communication that holds up: explain your thinking simply—even when questioned
- Collaboration + repair: contribute, listen, lead, and recover quickly after conflict
- Learning speed: try → learn → adjust, so progress happens quicker
Each day includes focus building to warmup, a structured challenge where students practice decision-making and communication, and a team mission that requires collaboration and follow-through. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to build the ability to stay clear and capable in uncertainty.

- Dates: MON 8/03/2026 to FRI 8/07/2026, 12:30PM-3:30PM Fee: $395
