"What we want is to see the child in pursuit of knowledge, and not knowledge in pursuit of the child."

George Bernard Shaw

The concept at the core of all our work at Filmmakers Ink is to teach our young filmmakers and artists how to focus their attention off themselves, onto something outside themselves.  What to focus on and what not to focus on.  When they do this, they allow their talent to live, to be expressed.  Now more than ever, our kids need to strengthen this muscle.  Exercising creativity and togetherness, community, is vital for ourselves and our young ones.

We have designed our film programs, including Filmmaking Intensive, and for our youngest filmmakers, Special FX Animation/Stop Motionto address this. We invite you to sign up for a film experience, to keep your adventurous spirit alive.

Guided by Filmmakers Ink professionals, our filmmakers learn by doing as they develop key creative and technical skills required for exceptional filmmaking. Filmmakers Ink programs are designed to give students solid lifelong hacks with which to access, express, and develop, their creative ideas and turn them into movies.

Under the leadership of award-winning filmmaker Patrick McCullough (Actor Coach to Oscar winner, Adrien Brody during the making of Houdini, and Actor Coach of the 'bad guy' in the Charlize Theron film, Atomic Blonde. Producer, Writer, Actor, and Director), Filmmakers Ink has set itself apart from other film camps, online or offline, by focusing on the most challenging part of the process: how to come up with, and develop, good ideas for great films.
